And as a startup especially, each day is just another opportunity to listen, learn and more comprehensively understand how we can improve upon a client's experience.

Or more succinctly, what impression we can really leave through an online purchase, opening a gift, enjoying a cup or even visiting our first gift boutique proof of concept. That pursuit to better understand and improve must never cease, which is what has made building SYPCOFFEE so fun already and thus, the type of unsolicited feedback below, so very fulfilling.
